A hand-held device design is offered enabling the analysis of operator’s emotional state and generation of therapeutic impacts with magnitude and duration depending on the deviation of worker’s functional state from the optimal value.

Mamonova T.E.  Oil product leakage identification per pressure variations in time at 4 controlled pipe cross-sections

A leakage detection method based on the analysis of pipeline’s time-varying hydraulic characteristics is offered. A device for measuring pressure variations at controlled cross-sections is described. The equations for mass flow and leakage coordinates calculation according to the method proposed are derived. The method was investigated using COMSOL Multiphysics 3.5 software. The paper shows that both the method and the associated equations are efficient for pipeline leakage detection.

With a case study of an engineering task the paper discusses a methodology of automaton-based modeling of automation systems implemented with PLC tools. For automatic conversion of automaton models into software code, the paper offers the MetaAuto generator elaborated to obtain the original code in the structured text language.
