Suslov A.V., Yaroslavkina E.E.  Application of statistical methods for investigating the relationship between the parameters of acoustic oscillations in a pipeline section and the thickness of deposits

The detection of paraffin sediments on internal walls of process equipment and pipeline is a topical issue. The sediments impair equipment operation and require periodic cleaning. The thickness of deposits requires timely and precise measuring. The paper investigates the relationship between the parameters of acoustic oscillations in a pipeline section and the thickness of deposits on its inside wall. The dependencies of oscillation frequency, energy, and duration on the deposit thickness are established. They will underlie the method of deposit thickness measurement on the internal walls of process equipment and pipelines.

Fedin F.O., Vasiliev N.P.  Deployment model of a computer network information protection complex

A deployment model of the Russian information protection complex in ViPNet 4 computer networks is presented. Using the model will significantly reduce the time for mastering the deployment technology of this complex and maximize understanding of the many nuances of this technology. This work is staged for a number of subsequent publications on the deployment and use of the ViPNet complex.

Yunak I.Yu., Gutnik I.S.  ILOGaaS: the business model for intrashop logistics

The paper discusses intrashop logistics problems from system integrator and end-user viewpoints. It offers a solution to the problem based on the XaaS (Anything-as-a-Service) concept aimed at the reduction of both end user’s capital expenses and the application threshold for auto-guided vehicles and autonomous mobile robots. ILOGaaS model is compared to other variants of automated intralogistics system implementation.

Vladov Yu.R.  Identification of reservoir, hydrocarbon deposit and oil-and-gas bearing basin geodynamics

Improving industrial safety owing to the identification of geodynamics of reservoirs, hydrocarbon deposit, and the whole of oil-and-gas bearing basin is an important task. To that end, an identification procedure was developed on the basis of their additive aggregated models and their geodynamics mapped to the 0…1 range. The study results enable the development of effectively operating industrial automated system with the new principal subsystem.

A data acquisition and output system for nondestructive ultrasonic inspection is described. The system employs artificial intelligence for estimating internal flaws in solids. The paper offers the information about the ultrasonic signals, the calculation of their parameters, and the neural network structure for investigating Wood metal. The comparison of experimental data with the ones obtained with the algorithm developed demonstrates their high precision. The system is recommended for metallurgical applications.

Semenova E.G., Smirnova M.S., Ivakin Ya.A.  Heteroscedasticity detection and elimination algorithm for experimental investigation of deep neural networks

The current phase of software engineering development demonstrates the explosive growth of artificial intelligence based on deep neural network technology. The inclusion of artificial intelligence elements results in its turn in the change of statistical approaches and principles of estimating the effectiveness of neural network solutions by means of computing experiments. This is caused by the continuous change of the characteristic properties of the trained neural networks in process of their experimental usage, the observed heteroscedasticity of recorded indicators during their quality estimation. The algorithm for overcoming the described specificity of quality estimation of software solutions based on deep neural networks for artificial intelligence systems is described.

Nikolaev Yu.L., Zamyatin A.V., Kopylova E.V.  Analysis of the workpiece finishing control performance based on complete sequential inspection results

The paper presents the results of machining accuracy analysis for batch workpieces at finishing operations under two-step inspection and process control with size control loop at the first step. It examines workpiece size error-closing control algorithms with respect to the results of postprocessing complete and sample sequential inspection on the second step. Based on the proposed analytical criterion for control performance evaluation, the domains of process’s statistic values are determined, where batch workpieces are manufactured with a higher accuracy.

Vlasov R.G., Korobov Yu.S., Podolyak O.O.  Technologically complex production scheduling with the help of pre-trained neural network

The paper offers a schedule development procedure for finished product shipments from industrial sites where production cycle includes such uncertainty factor as the complete mandatory testing of technologically complex articles. The statistical information about the plant’s earlier operations is used for test modeling. Schedule development is based the forecast of test duration calculated with the help of machine learning techniques. A pre-trained neural network implemented in R language is used for predicting. The study and modeling of the production process were undertaken in the civil production workshop of the MZIK Public JSC.

Govorun supercomputer. The results of its 3rd modernization stage

The paper reviews the development history of Govorun supercomputer, the world’s first hyperconverged system for high-performance computing with 100% liquid cooling. By now, several modernization phases have been undertaken. After its 3rd modernization phase, the supercomputer’s performance has attained 1.1 PFlops.
