Zharko E.F. Automated system for monitoring thermal efficiency of a power unit of an A-plant
The paper examines the methodological principles underlying the automated system for calculating technical and economic indices (TEI) of power units of A-plants with WWER-1000 reactors as part of the process control system of the upper block level. It describes a multi-level structure of the computational process, including preliminary processing and validation of input signals, step-by-step calculation of intermediate and integral indicators, and the generation of reporting forms for various aggregation time intervals. The focus is made on the problem of ensuring the reliability of calculation results in conditions of possible unreliability of input measuring signals. A quantitative analysis of the sensitivity of the final indicators to failures of individual measuring channels was carried out. It allowed the input signals to be ranked according to their criticality for the correct determination of the TEP. An approach to organizing a system of reporting forms is proposed, which provides a comprehensive analysis of thermal efficiency over operational, shift, daily and monthly intervals. The presented solutions were implemented in the form of software that has been tested on historical data from operating power units.

The paper presents a method for diagnosing the operation of multichannel computing subsystems of control and measuring complexes used in quality control of glass containers. The method is based on machine vision. An algorithm for assessing the state of a system based on the analysis of statistical and structural characteristics of a video stream is proposed. An integral performance criterion has been introduced for evaluating the interchannel heterogeneity and temporal instability of image parameters. A test run in industrial operating conditions is described. The possibility of detecting the degradation of video sensor channel parameters without using reference test objects or reducing system performance is demonstrated.

Grebenyuk E.A., Grebenyuk G.G., Sereda L.A. Modeling damages in distribution networks under adverse impacts with subsequent restoration (with the example of a water supply distribution system)
The paper examines the processes of detecting damages in the pipelines of a water supply system and its restoration after the implementation of a seismic threat. For damage detection, it analyzes the results of applying two methods for constructing fragility curves. The first method calculates damage probability dependent on the intensity of soil movement, the second one allows for the values of repair factors. The analysis was based on the results of Monte Carlo simulation. The paper shows that the use of a repair factor when constructing fragility curves increases the probability of classifying pipelines as damaged. It proposes to apply the limit graph search method used in power supply network reconfiguration tasks for developing strategies for restoring damaged water supply systems.

Ivanov V.A., Denisova L.A. Multicriteria optimization of oil pipeline network operating modes when selecting pumping equipment using a genetic algorithm
The paper discusses the multicriteria optimization of operating modes of a group of adjacent sections of an oil pipeline network. Average weighted specific energy consumption and the loss factor of the equipment used are proposed as key objective functions to be minimized, while the minimum number of mode switches is an additional criterion. A model of a group of adjacent pipeline network sections was developed for studying their operating modes. It is proposed to create a map of operating modes for a group of sections for operational personnel in order to improve the overall network efficiency. The results of simulation studies on the selection of pumping equipment to ensure optimal network operation at a given flow rate are presented.

The paper discusses the ways to improve the efficiency of flaw detection in distributed hard-/software systems through preliminary classification of defects that ensures higher detection level. The method uses a hybrid approach: the use of a convolutional neural network for fault localization coupled with fuzzy inference for the identification of information technology impacts. The proposed approach to separating software flaws from hardware and man-made ones based on the processing of acoustic features enables the automation of software testing algorithms. The focus is made on ensuring the stability of the proposed algorithms against cyberattacks and adversarial influences in high data uncertainty conditions.

Kozhukhov B.K., Voronov V.I. A procedure for identifying basic dynamic parameters of a 6-axis industrial manipulator
Industrial robot manufacturers generally do not disclose the dynamic parameters of their manipulators. However, they can be obtained from a CAD model or through experimental identification. In both cases it is necessary to take into account that only a part of the parameters is identifiable, while the rest either do not manifest themselves dynamically or are inseparable from each other. The paper presents a procedure for determining a minimum identifiable set of dynamic parameters for manipulators with rotary joints. The procedure is based on constructing a dynamic regressor using the Newton-Euler algorithm and identifying basic parameters through QR decomposition. It’s application to the KUKA KR4 R600 manipulator has reduced the number of parameters from 78 to 52. Numerical verification confirmed the correctness of the reduction.

Shagniev O.B., Gorbenko I.D. System for identifying the properties of workpiece material during drilling
The problem of automatic identification of the properties of the workpiece material during drilling is discussed. A mathematical model of the dynamics of the elastic system “carrier–tool–work surface” has been developed, taking into account the nonlinear nature of the contact interaction forces and the mutual influence of the degrees of freedom. Using numerical modeling, a training sample was formed for an artificial neural network (ANN). The ANN input is fed with a vector of numerical parameters obtained as a result of statistical processing of the signal from the sensor which measures the force applied by the tool to the part surface. The ANN output is a cutting constant, which characterizes the mechanical stresses that must be created in the material during cutting. The cutting constant corresponds to a given vector of input parameters. Based on the results of the ANN operation, the current properties of the workpiece material are identified in on-line mode. Next, the optimal spindle rotation speed is selected for the current properties of the workpiece material based on the material properties according to the analysis of the drilling stability. The system enables timely detection of tool wear and fluctuations in the properties of the workpiece material. To that end, it adjusts cutting parameters to ensure a high-quality drilling process.

The paper analyzes the current state of automation systems of booster compressor stations (BCS) at the Yamburg oil and gas condensate field. The functionality of the process control system of compressor shops and gas pumping units (GPU) at the booster compressor station (BCS) are considered. A method for automatic reloading of GCUs is proposed, which improves the reliability of GCU control at the time of their reloading and increases the level of automation of the compressor shop as a whole. The implementation of the method at the BCS-2 of Yamburg Oil-Gas Condensate Field is described.

The problem of import substitution of hard-/software systems in the oil and gas industry is associated not only with direct replacement, but also with the reengineering of process control architecture. The paper discusses the transition from physical segregation to a consolidated infrastructure based on the implementation of virtualization systems. It analyzes virtualization platforms and presents the results of experimental studies under various scenario conditions. The possibility of building a virtual infrastructure based on domestic solutions is confirmed.

Shurupov A.V., Sapozhkov G.S. Unified navigation system at Russian Railways LLC facilities: analysis of discrepancies between the standard and implementation
The paper examines the discrepancies between the actual elements of passenger navigation at Russian railway stations and the requirements of the “Guidelines for the Application of the Unified Navigation System of Russian Railways”. Based on the analysis of typical discrepancies, it identifies key systemic errors in the areas of typography, use of icons, color coding, and placement of navigation media. It has been shown that these discrepancies result in the decrease in navigation efficiency, higher cognitive load on passengers, and a deterioration in the overall quality of transport services. The paper proposes to create a unified digital accounting system for navigation objects, which would make it possible to track, zone, and maintain the relevance of navigation objects.

Osipova N.V. Analysis and Review of Industrial Internet of Things Cloud Platforms
The paper examines Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) cloud platforms designed for exchanging, storing, visualizing, and analyzing IIoT device data. A comparative review of domestic IoT services Vega Pulse, Narodny Monitoring, OpenMonitoring, and OwenCloud, as well as the international platform ThingSpeak, is provided. Their key capabilities, limitations, and practical application features are identified.
