Denisova L.A.  Design and simulation of an adaptive system with predictive model and variable structure

The paper examines an adaptive system with a predictive model synthesized in the form of an optimal predictor of the control system’s generalized output signal. It suggests to ensure the operation stability by including the a stability analysis block into the adaptation mechanism. Such approach enables system structure update in case of closed loop instability and estimated nonminimum-phase behavior of the control plant. Numerical results based on MATLAB / Simulink simulation are included.

Keywords: adaptive control system, identification, predictive model, stability, nonminimum-phase behavior, variable structure.

Goncharov A.A., Digo G.B., Digo N.B., Torgashov A.Yu.  Parametric identification of dynamic soft sensor models for process plants

Identification of dynamic inferential (soft sensor) models based on first-order Volterra kernels is discussed. Ridge and robust regressions are used for model parameter estimation. Higher efficiency of dynamic soft sensor models against conventional (static) soft sensors is demonstrated based on trial operation results.

Aksenov K.A., Antonova A.S., Spitsyna I.A., Sysoletin E.G., Aksenova O.P.  The development of a computerized analysis, simulation, and decision-making system for metallurgical works on the basis of the multi-agent approach

A computerized analysis, simulation, and decision-making system for metallurgical works is described. The operation of information systems at different automation levels requires system integration for timely and justified decision-making. The solutions are aimed at the implementation of a standard business process of improving technological, logistic, and organizational processes of an enterprise. The paper describes the integration of plant improvement and production processes at metallurgical works using multi-agent approach in the development of automated system modules.
