Nepsha F.S., Andrievsky A.A., Krasilnikov M.I.  Ontology as a development framework for digital twins of control plants in intelligent distributed power generation

The ontology is considered as a framework for developing information models within digital twins of control plants in intelligent distributed power generation. The paper offers an information model structure of such plant. It shows the drawbacks of a standard Common Information Model (CIM) as a framework for digital twin development and justifies ontology creation on the CIM basis with the integration of other subject area ontologies. The methodology of ontological model development for intelligent distributed power engineering is described. A scenario of ontology update, which ensures its maintenance in the form meeting the requirements of all digital platform stakeholders, is offered.

Keywords: digital twin, distributed power generation, common information model, digital platform.

Nasyrov I.N., Nasyrov I.I., Nasyrov R.I.  A model for HDD multiparametric assessment by failure risk

The paper presents a matrix of hard magnetic disks distribution dependent on SMART parameter values with cell ranges boundaries according to the established reliability criteria. The parameters which values growth increases the probability of disk drives failure are considered. The research objective is to develop a model for matrix multiparametric assessment of data storage devices failure risk of various manufacturers. The drives of HGST, Hitachi, Samsung, ST, Toshiba, and WDC brands used in the largest commercial data center of Backblaze were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, reliability criteria are proposed for the following most important parameters in this regard: 5 Reallocated sectors count, 196 Reallocation event count, 197 Current pending sector count, 1 Read error rate, 9 Power-on hours, 7 Seek error rate, 3 Spin-up time, 10 Spin-up retry count. It is taken into account that the very existence of considered parameters values depends on hard drives manufacturer. The matrix model enabled the detection the peripheral regions of parameter values were detected where none of the failed drives fall.

Keywords: hard disk drive, storage, information, failure, parameter, modeling.

Egorov Yu.G., Mkrtchian V.I.  The search of state noise covariation in the task of inertial course navigator’s error estimation

The paper discusses the method of automatic search of state noise covariation matrix in the task of inertial course navigator’s error estimation with the help of Kalman filter. The search is based on the minimization of the selected error optimality criterion. The search algorithm is synthesized, and the detailed description of its practical realization is offered. The differences between the projections of inertial navigator’s ground speed and the satellite navigator’s signals are used as the algorithm inputs. The results of the algorithm test on synthetic data are included.
